Maxim Behar Announced as New International Growth Chair for ICCO
The globally renowned PR expert Maxim Behar was announced as International Growth Chair for the most influential PR organization in the world – the International Communications Consultancy Organisation (ICCO). As a former ICCO President, he remains a member of the Executive Committee and will be responsible for attracting new members and associating more countries to the PR community. In his new role, Behar will be focused on continuing ICCO’s growth beyond the 70 countries currently served and raising the ethical standards and quality of the global communications business.

Maxim Behar had great accomplishments during his term from 2015 to 2017 as President of the global organization. He oversaw an expansion of associations and markets in ICCO membership and made it even more influential and recognizable. During his presidency, Behar visited over 40 countries on all continents and participated in numerous forums, conferences and summits. Recently the world’s most influential American public relations magazine PRWeek announced Maxim Behar the Best PR Professional in Europe.
