Maxim Behar, PR expert, CEO of M3 Communications Group, Inc., and Honorary Consul General of the Republic of Seychelles, had a productive meeting with H.E. Delfin Pllana, Ambassador of the Republic of Kosovo in Bulgaria. Two diplomats discussed the possibilities of expanding the cooperation between the two states in the field of business and culture.

During the meeting, they discussed the opportunities for collaborative work between the two countries. Maxim Behar shared ideas for projects, experience, and knowledge in further promoting of business contacts between companies and organizations from Bulgaria and the Republic of Kosovo.
