Gambling for health and more
If you look closely at what's happening on your TV screen, it's easy to see that gambling ads, in all their forms, dominate. And - of course - those for medicines. But if we assume that the latter have occupied the space for the last thirty years constantly and invariably, then the gambling avalanche is already becoming quite suspicious. Well, of course, the media also must live, pay salaries and - if it can - develop. In any case, however, if the gambling space cannot be curtailed, and I am not convinced that it should be, then the promotion of this business should surely fall under regulated activities.
There are, however, certain professions, such as that of lawyers, whose promotion is prohibited, and it is precisely because of this that I see no reason why the advertising of gambling, the most unproductive and useless field I know, should not be restricted. Not to mention that our health will improve this way, and so medicines will probably not be spent as much...
